Hello and Welcome!
My name is Jacqui and since I was a little girl I have always had an abundant fascination with nature. My fondest childhood memories are that of chasing butterflies, swimming in natural bodies of water and being awe inspired by the seasonal forests when hiking with my Dad.

When I was fortunate enough to find Healing Arts and Yoga in 2001, it felt like being in nature to me. Like home.

After finding my way back again and again, I completely jumped in and submerged myself in everything Health and Wellness.

The body-mind, connection is something science is always researching and I'm excited about each and every new discovery. The physical or emotional stress and/or pain in our life, is felt it in our body. My goal is always to immediately begin removing blockages to restore balance. There is always an integrative approach to my bodywork, no matter what modality is chosen.

Whether it is through Coaching, Massage, Yoga, or Forest Therapy, I trust that you will feel rejuvenated, relaxed, relieved of pain and/or empowered after a session with me.

Working as partners we will discover any origins of discomfort, or areas where you feel stuck, and swiftly get to work on healing and making appropriate changes for moving onward and upward.
